Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst with Metals Trading expertise to work on both tactical and strategic business change initiatives within a dynamic and rapidly evolving sector.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Front/Middle/Back Office, software development teams, and other business support functions to assess, shape, and deliver business change initiatives.
  • Business Case Development: Engage with key stakeholders to understand processes, develop comprehensive business cases, document requirements, and create specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Planning and Prioritisation: Ensure effective planning and prioritisation of all business change initiatives, supported by detailed requirements and agreed acceptance criteria.


This is a contract role paying up to £750 - £800 per day (outside IR35), and will be hybrid working in a collaborative office environment.
