Cluster Sales Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Cluster Sales Executive to lead sales initiatives for our esteemed properties, specifically the Mercure Inverness and Mercure Perth Hotels.
About Us: Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is part of the global Aimbridge Hospitality brand, managing a diverse portfolio of over 1,600 hotels and resorts worldwide. Our partnerships span renowned brands such as Hilton, Accor, Marriott, and IHG, as well as independent establishments.
Role Responsibilities: As a Cluster Sales Executive, you will:
- Promote and sell the cluster hotels along with the broader regional group to local clientele.
- Identify new business revenue opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to enhance revenue and market share.
- Drive growth in revenue and market share across the managed segments for the hotels.
Strategic Approach: This role requires a methodical and strategic mindset towards account management, revenue-generating activities, and customer engagement. You will be evaluated based on key sales metrics and KPIs, including monthly revenue and opportunity reporting.
Collaboration: You will work closely with General Managers and the senior management team to ensure optimal revenue maximization at every opportunity.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in a Sales Manager role within the hospitality sector.
- The ability to discuss business performance confidently and make informed decisions at a senior level.
Work Environment: This position involves commuting between the Mercure Inverness and Mercure Perth Hotels, engaging with clients and stakeholders.
