Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing Sales team at Iconic Resourcing. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, generating leads, and driving sales growth for our industry-leading telecoms company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the market.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve weekly sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Market Knowledge and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Regularly report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and drive business results.

Requirements

  • Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a telecoms or retail environment.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including sales strategies, market analysis, and customer engagement.
  • Driver's License: Essential for travel to customer sites and meetings.
