**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing Sales team at Iconic Resourcing. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, generating leads, and driving sales growth in the telecoms industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
  • Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to effectively manage the sales process and track progress
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Sales team

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in a telecoms or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and rapport-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driver's license essential
