Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer HR systems and benefits, serving as the first point of contact for external suppliers
  • Support the Talent & Acquisition Lead with recruitment activities as needed
  • Manage the HR inbox and screen incoming calls
  • Report monthly HR metrics for the HR department, ensuring data accuracy and deadlines are met
  • Provide professional and efficient administrative support across all areas of HR and the employee lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of Acro's HR policies, procedures, and processes, making recommendations for improvement
  • Provide accurate and timely first-line support and guidance to employees and people managers on HR matters
  • Maximize the efficiency of available HR reporting tools to provide accurate and timely management information reports
  • Assist the HR department in presenting HR data within reports and statutory returns
  • Ensure HR systems are always up-to-date and audited in line with GDPR requirements
  • Administer timely updates to employee records and systems, including starters, leavers, and contract changes
  • Support the HR department in implementing new processes, systems, policies, and procedures to reduce complexity and improve employee experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar HR-related role
  • Strong working knowledge of HR best practice
  • Solid academic background (HR-related qualification desirable but not essential)
  • Recognizes the importance of data integrity
  • Proficient in the use of HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is an advantage
