Job Title: Human Resources Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Acro Aircraft Seating Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Induction and onboarding of new employees
  • Generate KPI reports and HR metrics
  • Drive improvement initiatives to reduce absence and increase staff retention
  • Lead managers on discipline and grievance issues
  • Manage sickness absence and ensure consistent application of the absence policy
  • Support managers with performance management activity
  • Design and deliver HR training to managers
  • Lead employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Support project work, including employee engagement
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in a generalist HR role
  • CIPD-qualified or part-qualified
  • Understanding of current employment law and HR policy
  • Practical judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to competing priorities
  • Highly developed relationship management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite and HRIS
