About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Acro Aircraft Seating Ltd. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives by providing expert HR advice and guidance to our managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business growth and development
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employment law, HR policy, and best practice
  • Manage and investigate employee grievances and disciplinary issues
  • Design and deliver HR training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Partner with the HR Administrator to ensure accurate data processing and maintenance
  • Support the development and implementation of HR systems and processes
Requirements
  • Experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace industry
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policy, and best practice
  • Ability to respond to competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • High level of Excel and HRIS knowledge and expertise
