About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team at Acro Aircraft Seating Ltd. As an HR Policy Adviser, you will play a key role in shaping the company's HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current employment law and best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including discipline and grievance issues
  • Manage sickness absence and ensure consistent application of the absence policy
  • Design and deliver HR training programs for managers and employees
  • Lead employee wellbeing initiatives and create a positive work culture
  • Support project work, including employee engagement and retention initiatives
Requirements
  • Experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong understanding of current employment law and HR policy
  • Ability to respond to competing priorities and adapt to changing business demands
