About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Acro Aircraft Seating Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Collaborate with the HR Administrator to ensure accurate processing, provision, and maintenance of HR data and systems
  • Design and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Lead employee wellbeing initiatives and create a positive work culture
  • Support project work, including employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to inform HR strategies
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders and provide guidance and advice as required
Requirements
  • Experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • CIPD-qualified or part-qualified
  • Understanding of current employment law, HR policy, practice, and procedures
  • Practical judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to competing priorities and a flexible approach to business demands
  • Highly developed relationship management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite, with a high level of Excel and HRIS knowledge and expertise
