Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Acro Aircraft Seating Ltd. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining accurate records and data
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters and contracts
  • Assist with the implementation of new HR processes and systems
  • Provide support for employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an HR-related role
  • Strong working knowledge of HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in the use of HR information systems and Microsoft Office
