Career Development Specialist for Young People

As a Career Development Specialist for Young People, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their career aspirations. You will guide and support young people through their career journeys, helping them identify their strengths, overcome challenges, and secure fulfilling employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs, goals, and circumstances of each young person you work with.
- Develop personalized action plans that outline clear steps for career progression, including skills development, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
- Deliver engaging workshops and group sessions on essential employability skills such as resume writing, networking, and interview techniques.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the community, including employers, educational institutions, and government agencies, to identify new opportunities for young people.
