About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Analyst to join our team at Impellam Group. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Analytics Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of marketing analytics, including metrics such as brand health, digital attribution, customer segmentation, and value.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Design and implement marketing analytics and reporting solutions to inform business decisions across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Customer Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a single customer view, enhancing the effectiveness of next best action models and customer engagement strategies.
  • LTV Optimization: Develop and refine a Lifetime Value (LTV) model to ensure optimal investment decisions and activities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at various levels, informing decision-making and driving business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Marketing Analytics Expertise: Proven expertise in marketing analytics, including brand health, digital attribution, customer segmentation, and value.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to a wide range of audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation, with experience working with Google BigQuery and DBT. Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, including significance testing, multivariate modeling, MMM, p-value, and A/B testing.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in managing and developing other analysts, ensuring their professional growth and the achievement of team goals.
