Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Maidenhead, working with children and young people in a variety of settings. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing and developing individualised management plans for children and young people with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young people to identify their occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualised management plans to support children and young people in achieving their goals.
- Work collaboratively with education, local authority, medical and nursing staff to ensure delivery of a coordinated integrated service.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programmes to support service delivery.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss case progress and develop strategies for supporting children and young people.
- Act as a role model and leader to others, adopting change and promoting best practice.
