Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with children and young people to develop and deliver individualized therapy plans, promoting their independence and well-being.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop therapy plans for children and young people with complex needs.
- Collaborate with education, local authority, medical, and nursing staff to ensure delivery of a coordinated integrated service.
- Contribute to the implementation and development of the impact-based model of clinical decision making.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support service delivery and promote best practice.
- Work collaboratively with Speech and Language Therapy and Physiotherapy colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
- Experience of working with children and young people, including those with complex needs.
- Full UK license with access to vehicle.
