Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to support children and young people with complex needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify occupational therapy needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes.
- Provide training and education to schools, early years settings, and other stakeholders to promote occupational therapy best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated service models and clinical decision-making frameworks.
- Participate in leadership and management activities, including supervising junior staff and students, to promote professional growth and development.
