Occupational Therapist

Optalis is a leading provider of adult social care services, partnering with Wokingham Borough Council and the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Council. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will work as part of our Short-Term Support and Rehabilitation Team (STS&R), providing six weeks of care and support to individuals who have recently been discharged from hospital. Our team consists of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Care Assistants, and Support Staff, working together to restore confidence and independence in the community.
We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist with experience in rehabilitation and community support. The ideal candidate will be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and have a strong understanding of the local NHS discharge and flow pathway.
The role involves working with a varied caseload, supporting individuals across the Royal Borough and neighboring areas. A driving license and own vehicle are essential for this position.
