Hospitality Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beverage & Hospitality Lead to join our team at Redefined Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Food and Beverage Team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and budget management within the department.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and skills.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Support the Management Team in promoting new business initiatives and driving revenue growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals to ensure team members are meeting expectations and identifying areas for development.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Stay informed about current promotions and products to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Offer a friendly, efficient, and prompt service, responding positively to customer requests and feedback.
- Monitor and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets to drive business growth.
- Actively promote the customer reward scheme to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Uphold the company's commitment to responsible gambling and protect young and vulnerable people.
- Ensure accurate handling of monies and electronic point of sale responsibilities.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Report any equipment faults to the Management Team and ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure accurate stock replenishment and management to meet customer demands.
- Support the Food and Beverage Manager in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Monitor and manage work quality and controls to maintain high standards.
- Comply with all regulatory provisions related to sanitation and food safety.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Working knowledge of food and beverages within a similar environment.
- Leisure/Food and Beverage industry knowledge, including legislation, best practice, and current trends.
- NVQ level 2 qualification in Hospitality.
- Experience of leading a team and managing resources.
- Knowledge of Company training programs and initiatives.
