Beverage and Hospitality Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beverage and Hospitality Lead to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Reading South. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage Team and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Food and Beverage Team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve food and beverage sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
- Support the development of team members through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and control costs, inventory, and stock levels to optimize profitability.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service, value for money, and a positive experience that encourages them to return to our casino.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and complaints.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to review customer feedback and implement changes.
- Ensure the accurate handling of monies and electronic point of sale responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of our food and beverage offers.
- Ensure that all equipment within the Food and Beverage Department is properly maintained and reported to the Management Team.
- Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and waste to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Working knowledge of food and beverages within a similar environment.
- Leisure/Food and Beverage industry knowledge, including legislation, best practice, and current trends.
- NVQ level 2 qualification in Hospitality.
- Experience of leading a team.
- Knowledge of Company training (Service That Sells, Perfect Serve, etc.).
