About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Black Country Job Support. As a CAMHS Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and interventions to individuals with complex mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, practice staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Lead on joint working across health and social care services to improve mental health outcomes.
- Engage with key partners and stakeholders to promote integrated care and service development.
Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current registration with the NMC.
- Advanced health assessment and non-medical prescribing skills.
- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in a primary/community and secondary care environment.
- Ability to work as an autonomous and independent practitioner.
