About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Account Management and Growth to join our team at Sensize. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and overseeing customer success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management and Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, expand existing customer relationships, and identify new opportunities for revenue expansion.
  • Customer Success: Lead customer success initiatives to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes through the use of our products and services.
  • Strategic Development and Implementation: Set up and manage account management processes, including developing tools, frameworks, and strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • P&L Management: Oversee the financial health of the account management function, ensuring that all activities contribute to the company's overall profitability.
  • Contract and Compliance: Draft, review, and manage client contracts, ensuring that all terms are clear, enforceable, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Exceptional experience within a commercial leadership role, spanning across multiple countries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM platforms and financial management tools related to invoicing and credit control.
  • Soft Skills: Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset, strategic and tactical thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer focus, adaptability, and resilience.
