About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at esure Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and disseminate critical insights on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor actions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, pricing, customer, and operations, to integrate data and insights into business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategy and business development, preferably in the retail financial services industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
