Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and tender for significant business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Lead the development and submission of tender proposals, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling pitch.
  • Support the negotiation of commercial agreements and contracts, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a sales and tender management system, ensuring seamless information sharing and updates across the organization.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in new business sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of PTSG's services and offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the business.
