About the Role
  • Contribute to the development of our UK sales strategy, aligning with our company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead and manage our Teva UK Strategic Accounts Team, National Sales Management teams, and ensure a customer-centric approach.
  • Develop and implement key account management processes and capabilities to drive business growth.
  • Support the creation of business plans, priorities, budgets, and performance objectives for the UK sales function.
  • Drive achievement of business unit goals by leading on negotiation and implementation of benefit-based programs with key customers.
  • Represent our customer/accounts in the UK strategic planning cycle, providing insight and guidance.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to sales management teams and associates.
