Sales Director Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our UK Sales team in driving commercial success and achieving sales growth. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will contribute to strategy development and company success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Teva UK Strategic Accounts Team and National Sales Management teams to ensure a customer-centric approach and develop KAM processes and capabilities.
- Manage and motivate Pharmacy Business Managers, Integrated Healthcare Managers, and Ajovy Key Account Managers to effectively communicate with target audiences.
- Support the creation of business plans, priorities, budgets, and performance objectives for the UK sales function, aligning with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and other key functions.
- Drive achievement of business unit goals by leading on negotiation and implementation of benefit-based programs with key customers.
- Represent the customer/accounts in the UK Strategic planning cycle, providing insight and guidance.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to sales management teams and associates, ensuring the commercial organization is properly resourced, motivated, and performing effectively.
Requirements:
- Significant sales experience in a hands-on environment, including at least five years at 2nd line management level.
- A proven track record of leadership, mentoring, and coaching to sales management teams and associates.
- An inspirational leader with a coaching mentality.
