UK Sales Director

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the position of Director, UK Sales. This role is a key part of our senior leadership team and will be responsible for driving sales growth and commercial success across our strategic customer accounts.
The successful candidate will have significant sales experience, including at least five years at 2nd line management level, and substantial experience in the Generics business in the UK. They will also possess high-level negotiation and presentation skills, as well as a proven track record of leadership, mentoring, and coaching to sales management teams and associates.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, company car, annual leave, and recognition programs to reward our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a member of the Senior Leadership of Teva UK, contributing to strategy development and company success.
- Managing and leading the Teva UK Strategic Accounts Team, National Sales Management teams (Integrated Healthcare Managers, Pharmacy Business Managers and Secondary Care Key Account Managers) ensuring a customer-centric approach, developing KAM processes and capabilities.
- Driving achievement of business unit goals by leading on negotiation and the implementation of benefit-based programs with key customers.
Requirements
- Significant sales experience in a hands-on environment.
- Substantial experience in the Generics business in the UK.
- High-level negotiation and presentation skills.
- A proven track record of leadership, mentoring, and coaching to sales management teams and associates.
