About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our UK sales team and drive commercial success. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will contribute to strategy development and company success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Teva UK Strategic Accounts Team, National Sales Management teams, ensuring a customer-centric approach and developing KAM processes and capabilities.
  • Ensure Pharmacy Business Managers, Integrated Healthcare Managers, and Ajovy Key Account Managers are effectively managed, motivated, and competent to communicate with target audiences.
  • Support the creation of business plans, priorities, budgets, and performance objectives for the UK sales function, aligning these with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and other key functions.
  • Drive achievement of business unit goals by leading on negotiation and the implementation of benefit-based programs with key customers.
  • Represent the customer/accounts in the UK Strategic planning cycle, providing both insight and guidance.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to sales management team and associates, ensuring the commercial organization is properly resourced, motivated, and performing effectively to achieve commercial plans.
  • Foster professional business relationships with key industry influencers.

Requirements

  • Significant sales experience in a hands-on environment, including at least five years at 2nd line management level.
  • Substantial experience in the Generics business in the UK.
  • High-level negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A proven track record of leadership, mentoring, and coaching to sales management teams and associates.
