Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and expand our client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, as well as increasing revenue from existing corporate clients who require multiple PTSG services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively use market intelligence to identify and tender for significant opportunities that require a Group-level approach.
  • Own and lead tender submissions, including project planning and pipeline management, with the support of the Group Sales Director.
  • Support the Group Sales Director with commercial negotiations and renegotiations for bids and tenders, working closely with Divisional Sales, Operations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a Sales and Tender Management system that can act as a central repository for information required for quotations and tenders across the Group.
Requirements
  • Significant new business sales experience is essential.
  • Experience of bid writing and tender preparation submission is essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targeted business results/KPIs.
  • Experience of project work, including demonstrating successful process improvement.
