Klarent Hospitality is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join their Learning and Development Team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development and be able to work collaboratively with hotels and cross-functional teams to identify training needs.

The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives, as well as leading the delivery and coordination of development programs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with hotels and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Leading the delivery and coordination of development programs, including training sessions and workshops
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Providing expert guidance on learning technologies and supporting the development of talent within the organization

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in learning and development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Experience with learning technologies and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • A passion for learning and development, with a commitment to delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of the organization
