About the Role

C&C Group plc is seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that capture the imagination of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our customers, including classroom workshops, formal qualifications, and digital learning courses.
  • Work closely with our Sales and Channel Marketing teams to develop creative training solutions for our on-trade customers.
  • Provide advice and support to our customers on training and development opportunities.
  • Write and edit training materials, including content for marketing and digital learning platforms.
  • Coordinate logistics and manage the delivery of training programs.

About You

  • You have a strong understanding of the UK on-trade and a passion for training and development.
  • You are a confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • You have experience of training others and are able to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You are organized and proactive, with a strong attention to detail.
  • You have a working knowledge of e-learning platforms and authoring tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • WSET Level 3 or Diploma in Wine and Spirits.
  • Strong knowledge of the beer category and brewing process.
  • WSET Certified Educator Qualification.
