About the Role
C&C Group plc is seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that capture the imagination of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our customers, including classroom workshops, formal qualifications, and digital learning courses.
- Work closely with our Sales and Channel Marketing teams to develop creative training solutions for our on-trade customers.
- Provide advice and support to our customers on training and development opportunities.
- Write and edit training materials, including content for marketing and digital learning platforms.
- Coordinate logistics and manage the delivery of training programs.
About You
- You have a strong understanding of the UK on-trade and a passion for training and development.
- You are a confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- You have experience of training others and are able to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- You are organized and proactive, with a strong attention to detail.
- You have a working knowledge of e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- WSET Level 3 or Diploma in Wine and Spirits.
- Strong knowledge of the beer category and brewing process.
- WSET Certified Educator Qualification.
