About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to join our team at Denholm Associates. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our organization
  • Facilitate courses and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Coach managers to develop their leadership and management capabilities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and solutions
  • Manage and coordinate training schedules and resources
  • Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their plans and challenges
  • Deliver key elements of the learning and development strategy, including leading on a variety of different projects

Requirements
  • Experienced L&D professional with a passion for learning and growth
  • Track record of delivering learning and development interventions (virtual and in person)
  • Qualified coach and experienced team facilitator
  • Experience of using psychometrics to help build awareness (with individuals and groups)
  • Keeps abreast of developments in psychology, leadership, and digital learning
  • Understanding and application of key people development frameworks and methodologies
