About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Business Partner to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of strategic learning initiatives, working closely with inspiring leaders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver learning interventions to support business objectives
- Collaborate with leaders to identify learning needs and develop solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective learning and development
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive learning and development strategy
Requirements:
- Experience working within a financial or professional services setting
- Ideal candidate will have or be working towards a coaching/insights qualification
- Passion for soft skills and ability to deliver virtual and face-to-face learning interventions
