Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Harrington Starr. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows and Linux machines
  • Perform joiner, mover, and leaver tasks, including building machines in Windows 10 and 11, as well as Linux
  • Utilize technical skills in YAML and GIT to resolve complex issues
  • Manage MDM – InTune experience to build and configure hardware
  • Apply knowledge of networks and VLANs to separate and protect production and data
Requirements
