We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Nando's UK & IRE. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our users, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Log and resolve technical incidents and requests in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to enhance in-house Service Desk knowledge
- Perform hands-on fixes at desktop level, including software installations and hardware troubleshooting
- Manage new starter and leaver processes to ensure compliance objectives are met
- 18+ months Service Desk experience in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of ITIL practices and ticketing software
- Strong technical skills, including software installation, patching, and upgrades
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks effectively
