Job Title: Service Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Nando's UK & IRE. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our users, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Log and resolve technical incidents and requests in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to enhance in-house Service Desk knowledge
  • Perform hands-on fixes at desktop level, including software installations and hardware troubleshooting
  • Manage new starter and leaver processes to ensure compliance objectives are met
Requirements:
  • 18+ months Service Desk experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of ITIL practices and ticketing software
  • Strong technical skills, including software installation, patching, and upgrades
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks effectively
