Position Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished Change Management Manager to join our team for a contract role focused on a prominent client in the FMCG/Retail sector. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and presents a significant opportunity for extension based on performance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the harmonization of HR reporting data across various international markets, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough assessments of change impacts.
  • Establish standardized HR and reporting requirements across all regions.
  • Utilize your expertise in data and analytics to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts on multinational and cross-regional initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing organizational change.
  • Strong foundation in data analytics.
  • Experience with multinational or cross-regional projects is highly preferred.
  • Background in HR is advantageous.
  • Experience in large enterprises is essential, while industry background is flexible.
  • FMCG/Retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
