**Key Responsibilities:**
• Support stakeholders with a highly complex outsourcing procurement exercise, requiring high levels of experience in BPO procurement, including commercials, HR, technology, legal, etc.
• Manage all transition risks, activities, and communications associated with guiding a third-party supplier through the process.
• Hold suppliers to milestones and have credible conversations with a variety of stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth transition of services from an in-house shared service centre to an offshore supplier.
• Develop and implement effective transition plans, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on BPO procurement and implementation best practices.
