About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team at Kimpton Fitzroy London. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Communication: Anticipate and understand guests' requests, providing accurate information on hotel services, selling and upselling hotel rates/packages and identifying future selling opportunities.
  • Phone and Email Enquiries: Handle all phone calls and email enquiries in a highly professional manner, ensuring a prompt and courteous response to guests' queries.
  • Reservation Management: Assist our guests in a courteous and efficient manner with their reservation requests, changes and cancellations, maximizing sales and room occupancy.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Be an excellent communicator with a high standard of written and spoken English, working closely with the Reservations Manager and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous Reservations / Front Office experience gained within a Four- or Five-Star Hotel Experience (not necessarily in reservations).
  • Attention to Detail: Pride yourself on your high levels of attention to detail and delivering our brand standards.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
