About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Agent to join our Central Guest Services team. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for achieving maximum revenue through the effective selling of room reservations and other ancillary revenue to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize customer service and sales skills to identify guest needs and make accurate reservations that provide the optimal experience for our guests while maximizing revenue potential.
  • Ensure information is accurately recorded in the appropriate systems and customers are provided with excellent service delivery as determined by our company standards.
  • Act as the guest advocate, ensuring all guests' needs are met from the initial booking to follow-up.
Requirements:
  • Current reservations experience within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Natural tele sales ability, including closing skills and tone of voice.
  • Ability to effectively listen and position hotels to meet guests' needs.
  • High level of hotel product and services knowledge.
  • Ability to generate revenue by all means available.
  • Technical knowledge of hotel booking systems, including Opera.
