Job Description:

People:

  • Treat all guests and colleagues with politeness and courtesy at all times, providing full cooperation to any requests or queries.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with all agents and regular guests.
  • Establish and sustain professional working relationships with the VCRO reservations centre.
  • Embrace and demonstrate the Dare to Connect and True Hospitality service behaviors.

Financial:

  • Use company systems and processes to maximize revenue. Develop plans to increase occupancy and ADR through walk-ins and upselling at the front desk.

Guest Experience:

  • Be the warm welcome that initiates a memorable guest and third-party client experience.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of the IHG Rewards Club Program.
  • Provide guests with information about loyalty programs, local attractions, restaurants, and facility information to enhance their experience.
  • Be knowledgeable about the local area, including attractions, shops, restaurants, bars, and transport routes.
  • Be fully aware of hotel amenities, including opening and closing times, facilities, car park, and contact names for further information.
  • Maintain high service levels when dealing with all inquiries and telephone bookings.
  • Dare to Connect with customersrecord and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Answer the telephone promptly (within 3 rings), direct calls, and answer questions in a professional and informative manner.
  • Be capable of answering all queries regarding bookings in the system.
  • Follow ILEAD when dealing with guest queries.
