About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Receptionist to join our team at INNSiDE Newcastle. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Deal with complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating to management as necessary.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
