We are currently seeking a Brand Advocate to enhance our operations. This newly established position will play a crucial role in the execution and coordination of operations, ensuring that essential quality benchmarks align with the company's mission and brand ethos in both pre-opening and operational settings. The Brand Advocate will collaborate with teams to guarantee that our guests enjoy a consistent brand experience by promoting quality and excellence at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pre-opening teams with training initiatives, collaborating with the People Team to onboard new staff effectively.
  • Provide necessary standards and policies to ensure brand consistency in hotel operations.
  • Support operational teams before, during, and after openings to uphold brand standards.
  • Document feedback and recommendations for improvement post-opening.
  • Facilitate the adoption of new and existing brand standards through training and operational support.
  • Contribute to the implementation of best practices across the company.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain visibility and regular communication with operational teams to gather insights on brand standards and overall guest satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a lifestyle hospitality brand is essential.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A creative thinker who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
