Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pre-opening teams with operational training plans, supporting the onboarding process for new team members.
- Provide necessary standards and policies to pre-opening teams to ensure brand compliance.
- Support operational teams before, during, and after openings to maintain brand standards.
- Document feedback and improvement directions post-opening to enhance operations.
- Facilitate the adoption of new and existing brand standards through operational support and training.
- Help implement best practices across the company.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring that outcomes are measurable and achievable.
- Maintain visibility and regular communication with operational teams to gather feedback on brand standards, product quality, service levels, and overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a lifestyle hospitality brand is essential.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
