As a key member of The Advocate Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Brand Ambassadors to lead our brand's marketing efforts across the globe.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing brand strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global brand strategy that aligns with our company's overall vision and goals.
- Lead a team of Brand Ambassadors across all key regions, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment across brands and markets.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Brand Ambassador activities.
- Provide regular reports to measure the effectiveness of Brand Ambassador activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
