KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary aim of the Luxury Brand Representative is to achieve sales objectives collaboratively within the team by adhering to Coty's customer service and sales standards. Excellence in execution is paramount. Candidates should possess a robust sales background and demonstrated experience in the beauty sector, complemented by advanced make-up artistry skills and preferred fragrance expertise.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Attaining monthly sales goals and upholding company KPIs
  • Leading by example as a brand advocate, safeguarding the integrity of Coty brands while complying with company uniform and grooming standards
  • Fostering strong relationships with the Coty in-store team and developing rapport with retailer staff and management
  • Utilizing technology for communication, reporting, and visual merchandising guidelines
  • Cultivating customer relationships to influence sales and promote upselling

The team comprises a Business Manager, Assistant Business Manager, and several Brand Representatives, working closely with various departments, including Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, National Account Management, Regional Education, and Area Management. All team members are sales-driven skincare specialists within our luxury portfolio. To excel in this role, you should be passionate and ambitious, taking pride in representing this prestigious brand.

As an experienced Luxury Brand Representative in beauty retail, you possess a profound passion for skincare and luxury brands, treating the business as if it were your own. You thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment.

In addition, you should have:

  • Knowledge and experience in the skincare industry
  • A strong sales background with a focus on achieving and managing targets
  • The ability to build solid relationships with in-store retail teams
  • Experience in flagship stores is preferred
