Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Marketing in developing and executing our social and content marketing strategy, with a focus on engaging our Gen Z audience.

  • Establish and maintain a strong online community, driving two-way conversation and user-participation to foster brand love and engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improving brand cut-through.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our brand remains relevant and competitive.
  • Collaborate with external digital agencies to develop and execute monthly brand campaigns, actively participating in strategic planning, asset creation, and setting KPIs to deliver on business goals.
  • Plan and execute content and model shoots, overseeing logistics, concept development, and image selection.
  • Ensure all projects are executed within budget, with meticulous tracking of spend.
  • Contribute to annual strategic brand proposals, thinking innovatively and considering upcoming launches, industry insights, and trends for enhanced brand relevance.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable marketing experience at an executive level or equivalent, ideally within the beauty or fashion industry.
  • TikTok obsession with a real passion for beauty, keeping up-to-date with emerging beauty and social trends and content creators.
  • Excitement to concept and create disruptive brand content that reaches and engages the Gen Z audience.
  • Naturally creative and engaging copywriter, with experience writing excellent content creation briefs and social reports.
  • Sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand relevance.
  • Highly organized, innovative, and motivated, with an equal parts creative and strategic approach.
  • Able to maintain and manage brand tone of voice across all channels and content.
  • A real team player, able to collaborate and align on brand vision and goals.
