POSITION OVERVIEW

As a pivotal figure in the Bobbi Brown Cosmetics team, the Area Sales & Education Manager is responsible for driving retail performance and achieving key performance indicators across various locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, recruit, and nurture the Point of Sale Management teams to ensure they meet Brand expectations regarding sales, service, and product operations.
  • Collaborate with the Point of Sale Management team to establish a commercial strategy tailored to each business location, setting clear objectives and ensuring operational excellence in alignment with Brand Strategy.
  • Provide training, coaching, and development for Point of Sale Managers, empowering them to effectively manage their teams and conduct performance reviews based on established goals and KPIs.
  • Utilize digital tools and resources to deliver Brand education, enhancing the skills of Point of Sale teams.
  • Mentor Point of Sale teams on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge to boost performance and foster a loyal consumer base.
  • Oversee profitability through effective stock management, visual merchandising, and replenishment strategies, taking necessary actions to optimize performance.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing and inspiring managers and teams.
  • Experience in managing multiple locations within high-volume retail or consumer service environments is essential.
  • Strong background in people management, including training and coaching high-performing teams, with an emphasis on distance management.
  • Proficient in leveraging technology to enhance communication and information dissemination.
