Job Summary

Bobbi Brown Cosmetics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales & Education Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and education team, you will be responsible for delivering retail sales and key KPIs in your business area, while fostering a consumer-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Point of Sale Managers to consistently deliver brand expectations on sales and service, operations, and product.
  • In collaboration with the Point of Sale Management team, define the commercial strategy for each business location, set objectives, and deliver operational excellence through the brand strategy.
  • Train, coach, and develop Point of Sale Managers, delegate and empower management teams to run the business successfully, and conduct required performance reviews and appraisals based on performance goals and KPIs.
  • Deliver brand education via digital tools and resources to upskill Point of Sale teams.
  • Coach Point of Sale teams on consumer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge to improve performance, driving consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal consumer base.
  • Ensure Point of Sale Management teams maximize profitability through commercial stock management, visual merchandising, and replenishment, taking appropriate action where necessary.

Requirements

  • Inspirational leader, confident in leading and developing managers and teams.
  • Multi-site management experience in high-turnover retail and/or consumer service sectors is essential.
  • Strong people management experience, including training and coaching high-performing teams, with distance management being essential.
  • Ability to use technology to enhance communication and information cascade.
