About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Area North (GB/IE/SE/FI). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing profitability, and minimizing variable costs across our stores in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
