Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Bridgewater Resources UK. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to enhance revenue and growth.
  • Plan, forecast, and report sales activities to ensure seamless operations and support for sales initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in an external sales role with responsibility for wholesale and contractor accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive attitude.
  • The ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A full UK driving license.
