Job Summary:

The Sales Recruitment Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Representative to join our client, a leading energy drinks company. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the convenience channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the convenience channel, and develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including convenience store owners and managers, to ensure excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, field, and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches, and gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of successfully developing and securing new convenience business, with a strong understanding of the soft drinks category.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
